Community of Latin American and Caribbean  States (CELAC) 

CELAC is a regional bloc that brings together 33 Latin American and Caribbean nations to strengthen unity and cooperation. It provides a platform for countries to coordinate on political, economic, social, and environmental issues without external influence. CELAC debates focus on regional integration, sustainable development, and building a stronger collective voice for Latin America on the world stage.
