Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) 

COPUOS is a UN body dedicated to promoting the peaceful exploration and use of outer space. It works to ensure that space activities benefit all of humanity, fostering cooperation in scientific research, satellite technology, and space law. COPUOS debates issues like preventing an arms race in space, regulating space debris, and ensuring fair access to space resources.
